my name is josh and i have recently had a roommate move out. i am fully able to pay the bills on my own, but i would like to have a roommate to make things a little easier. not to mention having someone around to talk to. i’m very easy going and easy to get along with. i work full time 8-5 job so i am not usually up all hours of the night, i don’t mind if you are just ask that you be courteous. this don’t mean i don’t like to cut up and have a good time just not usually too wild during the week. i do smoke but i do it outside i do have a covered porch so if you smoke it won’t be out in the rain. i don’t do drugs and would prefer someone who does not as well; i am not one to get into your business so if you do that’s your business i only ask that you keep it out of my house. i do have a 6 month old husky/shepherd pup. she is fully house broken and kennel trained, very friendly. it would be preferable to find someone who likes dogs as well. i don’t have any problems with someone who has a pet of their own. from what i have witnessed with my dog she is very playful with cats and dogs. so if you do have one of the two then i don’t think it will be a problem. i am not crazy clean but i do like the house to stay presentable your room is your business i just ask that the house stay clean.
