hi, i'm looking for someone to take over my lease because i'll be moving out of state in march. i absolutely love my 2 roommates and have known them for a while. if you are interested, you can move in between december and march (i'm flexible between those 4 months) and of course we would all have to meet prior to you agreeing just to make sure personality wise everyone would be happy living together. our life styles are really chill. there has never been any drama. we all have full time jobs so evenings are when we normally run into each other. we currently have reliant and pay about $60 a piece and att for cable is about $46 a piece. i am looking for someone who is easy going and just enjoying life! no debbie downers! (i'm sorry if you're name is debbie. lol.) the lease is up june 30th. if you have any questions, please let me know!
