its a gorgeous apartment complex, inside &out! we are asking $500 a month including utilities ie; water, gas/electric, washer and dryer in apartment, cable&internet. we have everything for the kitchen, appliances, utencils ie; plates, bowls, pots &pans. we also have all the furniture for the living room, couches, tv, coffe table. i have a king sized air matress if needed, but other than that, i have no furniture for the other bedroom. i have towels and a shower curtain for the 2nd bathroom if needed. it is ready to move in on the 30th of august. the apartment is 1044 sq.ft. the exra bedroom is 12' 1'' by 11' 1'' and has a closet and its own bathroom. feel free to look online at the apartments, woodfield st.james apartments in goose creek,sc. they are gorgeous! very safe area!!!!! we have the hartwell floorplan, which you can view under the floorplans.
we are asking a $100 nonrefundable deposit. you will need to buy your own groceries obviously and we are more than willing to share the living room &kitchen! just ask that you keep the share rooms(kitchen. living room) clean

more about us, im 20, 21 in september and my husband is 22.he is currently in naval school and im in school to become a pharmacist. we are laid back, dont argue or fight. very loving and accepting people. we wont tolerate any illegal activities. we have 2 little pomeranians names gizmo and munchkin, they are sweethearts! both "purse" dogs, they are always with me. let me know if you have anymore ?'s
