thanks for taking a look at my posting. i'm currently looking for a roommate to rent out a spare bedroom in my house which will become available march 11th. i'm looking for a like minded professional that is clean, kind and courteous. in addition, i'm only looking to rent it out to one person. the lease would be a month to month contract and a deposit of one month's rent would be required. ideally i'd like to find someone who is looking to stay in one spot for at least six months or longer. the house is a 3 story colonial located in the foxchase community. the house has 4 bedrooms, a finished basement, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a backyard and a deck. there are a few choices when it comes to the spare bedroom (3 total) and the bathroom has just been updated. utilities such as internet, cable and water are included in the rent. the electric bill would be split 3 ways which is generally $50 a person. sorry no pets or smoking. the community is close to route 2, 100 and 97. baltimore and annapolis are both about 15-20 minutes from the community. for recreation the baltimore/annapolis trail is very close by. about me, i'm 34, work for the dept of the environment and i enjoy working out, golfing and kayaking in my free time. i'm pretty laid back. if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
