- huge closet and i have extra small dresser and a nightstand as well as a lamp, air conditioner is built in
- all you need is a bed (i might be able to get a twin bed from a friend if you need me to)
--place is fully furnished, 2 brand new couches, as well as dining table
- we have 2 pools and tennis court--my building is the closest to the pools
-laundry room is 3 feet outside my door not exaggerating!! (and theres one on each level (3 levels)
- 4 minutes off highway; 8 minutes from hartford
- i will need first and last months rent for security (which will be given to landlord), under certain circumstances i might not need the security deposit

- i am 25 years old moved in about a year ago, looking to pay off some long term bills i have so that is why i am looking for a roommate. i currently work about 9-5, i am very respectable not loud at all, keep to myself and very easy to get along with!
