the home: non smoking (including 420). (im totally fine with it, just not at/in my house) but social drinking is cool. (one of my roommates used to get so drunk he couldn't even open the front door at 3am, not cool) there is an loft, dining room, and 2 empty rooms that use some furniture and tv's, but other than that i am good to go. parking will be on the street. there are two community pools and a basketball court which you will have access to.

**your rent of $775 will include electric, recycle, wireless internet, netflix, and water. initially, this will be a month to month arrangement (negotiable to a lease after a few months to make sure its working for both of us) with a non refundable $300 deposit that you can split up over each month. you can bring 1 small (fixed/spayed) adult dog. if you want cable, you can get it in your name and we will split it. you will have your own unfurnished room/bathroom.

the home is very close to the san tan mall and the williamsfield cgcc/asu polytechnic campus. you can bike to the campus and there is a busline super close to my neighborhood
