i am a 39 year old legal professional seeking an additional tenant toshare a spacious, four-bedroom townhouse in montgomery village. the house is
fully furnished (outside of bedrooms).
i currently have one master bedroom available to rent. it has a ceiling fan, single window and a walk in closet on the in room for $980/month. all areas of the first floor (dining room, living rooms,
laundry room and kitchen) are shared. there is a shared
washer and dryer in the basement. parking is available on the street (not
reserved).
there are two friendly cats living in the house. no additional pets will be
accepted. tenants must be employed professionals who are not heavy partiers.
no smoking is allowed in the house. occasional overnight visitors are no
problem but the room is for a single tenant only. couples will be allowed on a case by case basis.
utilities and xfinity verizon internet (wifi) are included. if cable tv
is desired i will hook it up for you but you will need to pay all associated
costs.
no security deposit required. the initial lease will be for a year.
the room is available for move-in after may 15th.
