4,000 sq ft above ground w/additional 2,000 sq finished basement. formal living room with cathedral ceilings. formal dining room. fantastic family room/kitchen combo w/ fireplace, granite counter tops, center island w/cook top. loads of cherry cabinets. first floor laundry, atrium 2-story sun room features hot tub. 3.68 acres on dead end includes private tennis court. there are a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 in a half baths. my boyfriend and i need roommates to fill this huge house with us, we are looking for a total of 2 or 3, couples are welcomed. per room not per person it is $950. this included utilities and also internet and cable. parking spaces are available. we leave the rooms for you to decorate as long as you put it back before you leave, they are unfurnished for you to bring your own bed-ware and dressers. the rest of the house is furnished. we welcome pets as long as they are potty trained and get alone well with people and other animals. you are allowed to smoke but only outside, or in the garages. while you are living in your house, the house is yours as well, however we will have an agreement stating any damages you endure to the house during your stay, you will have to repair. we also ask for your first and last rent payment up front for stability. if interested please email us at [email protected]
