Hi! I am a 63 year old female looking for someone to rent a room in my Foster City townhouse. I work a few days a week from home and have no pets or anyone else living with me.

Additional Information

I am looking for male or female. My last roommate was 26 and lived with me for 4 years but we can try a limited 6 month lease if that works better for you. Age does not matter. I dont smoke so would prefer a non-smoker and hopefully someone without any pets. I rent the townhouse and pets are not included on the lease. I like someone that is clean and will clean up after themselves in the kitchen which you can of course use at any time and use anything in it. If I am not working I usually keep pretty much to myself so you would not have to entertain me! hahaha I am easy going so am looking for someone that is as well.
