hi there!i have a room available at the summit, female only please; its on the fourth floor (top floor) and a corner apartment--very quiet . i live with two other girls. one is in her mid 20s and the other in her late 20s. they are both very respectful. one of the girls occasionally has her daughter over but they usually watch a movie and she's very sweet. the room itself is spacious and comes with a full sized bed, dresser, desk and chair. it also comes with its very own bathroom!! there is also a washer/dryer in unit which makes doing laundry super easy. the apartments also have a small workout facility (about 10 machines), a tv room, pool table, firepit, and pool! the location is wonderful its about a 10-15 minute walk from csu so its great for students, but a nonstudent can also live here, its also really close to old town about a 10 minute drive if that.
rent is $550 a month. as far as utilities go you pay between $5-15 a month so its very economic.
