located in elkton md. nice home in wooded setting on 3 acres.located about 11 miles from the university of deleware. great for family get togethers, bar-b-ques, bonfires. call 4439455247dave. guests are welcome. just as long as roommates are taken into consideration. no live in girlfriends/boyfriends as we wont have them either. presently there are 2 male roommates, 31 & 32( brothers). & a dog which is contained when owner is not home. dog is very house broken ..no nasty grossness here.
overall we are very easy to get along with and only hope for the same. all roommates are cosidered with equal rights in the home and everyone is hoped to show a mutual respect :0). please if you are a junkie or full of drama. you need not apply. first and last required for move in totaling $1200. utility(only electric) is split in 3rds.
