di am looking to rent two bedrooms in my four bed, 1 1/2 bath american foursquare home. utilities included in rent. new appliances. renter would have access to front loading washer/drying, their own separate refrigerator, some storage space, and kitchen privileges. newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful slate flooring and other fixtures. quartersawn oak trim as well as quartersawn rock maple hardwood flooring throughout. both rooms are furnished with desks, dressers and night tables. one room has a queen sized bed that has been slept in only once or twice. staind glass folding doors and windows are original to house, utilities consist of gas, electric, water, trash, cable tv, wifi and phone depending on usage. freshly painted. large back and front yards, fully fenced. ample front porch with rocking chairs. all fixtures and appliances in kitchen area very new.applicant must be an animal lover. there are currently one dog and two cats residing here, so anyone allergic or doesn't like critters would not do too well. one dog, two cats have the run of the house. except for bedrooms with closed doors. this is a must see.
no drugs, no smoking inside the house and no excessive noise. rent includes one person per bedroom. this neighborhood is very quiet.
