hi i'm alicia. i'm 33 and live on the border of lamesa and el cajon. i am renting out a room in my fairly large 2 bedroom apartment. i'm looking for someone that is also looking for a short term place. whether it's in town for a job, waiting for your next place to be ready for move in, here in san diego for work etc. i'm not looking for a forever roomie. short term 2-3 months is possible. if things go great we can talk about the possibilities of a longer stay. the room is already furnished. the futon in the pic turns into a full sized bed. however there is a dog door in the bedroom being rented out and the dogs need access to it obviously so again that's another reason this is short term for someone that needs a place while in town for a bit, or on the way to moving in to your next place type deal. i have 2 dogs, roxy & diesel (a boston terrier and a pitbull). sorry no more pets allowed. i might consider a small dog. there's a private front patio available with barbeque grill and the apartment is nicely furnished. there is internet, i don't care to have cable, though i do have netflix. there is laundry on-site and parking. unfortunately if you're looking to have company you'll have to go to thier house. i prefer to rent to military because they aren't hard to find when it's time for rent to be paid. but if you're responsible and know how to pay your bills, give me a call. there will be a deposit required. for some reason people like to skip out and leave you hanging when you rent out rooms. i've tried it a few times to "help" people out and it never works in my favor. i could write a novel here about the place, but i'm not gonna :p so if you're interested you can e-mail me and i can tell you more.

no teens kicked out of their houses, parents trying to get rid of their teens, couples, nudist, people that get paid next month, married or attached men looking for an alternative place to bring their "lady friends".
