we have a downstairs suite available. it is private with a bedroom, living/dining, full bath, and storage closet. there is a large window in the living/ dining and one in the bedroom. there is no laundry or kitchen access, however there is a kitchenette type cabinet with a microwave, toaster oven, and an adjacent refrigerator. utilities and basic cable are included. there is a private entrance and this suite is separate from the rest of the house. we are a private, quiet couple. you must have a background check, there is only one parking space available, and since this is our home, we ask that you have limited guests, and we may ask for a guest list or even a background check for a regular overnight guest. if you are quiet, private, and would like ~700 sqft of your own space for only 350$/month, this could work for you.
