hi im liz and i do have a room available in my apartment. now i do have a daughter who i have once a week sometimes a little longer and she does have her own room, also you and her would share a bathroom. the apartment will have everything you need included washer/dryer, wifi, and a pool and gym to able to use. im looking for only females as i will not trust a guy with my daughter that i do not know. my boyfriend will also be living here but wont be home much do to work. as part of the rent the ultilites will be included but if it goes high then of course would hafta pay a little more. so if your female and looking for a nice place please contact me by email if you have any other questions...
