i’m asking $750/month which includes all utilities (heat/ electric/ cable/ wireless internet). my condex is on a culdesac in derry nh (on the windham line) and is a 3 bedroom 1+1/2 bath. i have a back deck and about a 1/2 acre which is fenced in. directly behind my house is 200+ acres of woods with hiking trails. i also have a nice firepit out back and a couple of horse-shoe pits; it’s the perfect yard for entertaining. i do need somebody who likes dogs since i have two of my own (a golden retriever and a samoyed mix). my dogs are extremely friendly and easy to get along with, although my dog ruckus gets spooked easily with hyperactivity so i will not be looking for anyone with small children or a hyper dog. i would be willing to have someone with a more mellow dog if they got along with mine (and if you wouldn’t mind separating them while we are not home). i am willing to try someone with a cat but not multiple as i am allergic (i have lived with one and was ok but multiple would be too much). please email me if you’re interested. i’m looking forward to starting a new chapter in my life with a room-mate to share my home. my email is [email protected], please contact me there if interested. thanks!
