looking for someone to takeover my lease in a beautiful apartment at vista student apartments. i currently have to move out of state so would like to find someone who needs affordable housing from january until august 15th of 2016. the apartment is fully furnished and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom.the best deal about taking after my lease is that you will pay less than what they advertise or could offer you in person. they charge $100 for an assigned covered parking spot and that is something i opted for under my lease. you would pay a total of $815 if you take over my lease which like i said is for the apartment and parking included. if you decide to go to them directly you would pay $802 and if you wanted parking you would have to pay $902. so basically you would save $87 per month if you takeover my lease!!! for a total savings of $696 while living at denver student apartments.
