room for rent. house is located in dekalb il. close to campus 3 min walking distance to barsema hall and bus stop. currently my girlfriend and i are the only people reside in the house. we are both student at niu and i will be graduating soon as my girlfriend will still be taking classes.anyhow, the house is furnished including tv, dining table, and sofa etc. the room that we are renting out has a computer desk and chair best fit students.
there are numerous features to the house such as fireplace, backyard, tv, video game etc.
house already have washer and dryer; therefore there is no need to pay to get your laundries done!!!
gf and i are both asian, we are semi outgoing, we don't smoke or drink. majority of the time we when we are home i'm usually playing games online or doing homework orwatching tv
we are looking for roommates that have a good personality, share the same interest. responsible for cleaning up after themselves that's all lol.
utilities are split among all people there will be 4 people in the house including myself and gf so all payments such as gas electric cable will be split among everyone.
ps: outside smoking is ok. absolutely no drugs in or near the house.
