looking for someone to take my place, i am moving out.
roommate still living in the beautiful apartment. the current roommate is male.
it is a 2 bed and two bath apartment, the larger of the bedrooms is the one available. each having your own private bathroom area.
it is pet friendly so, cats and dogs welcome! the kitchen and living room is very spacious and there is carpet throughout the house.
there are stacked washer and dryer in unit. the apartment also has a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. the apartment has a secure key and buzz in entrance. there is plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the apartment and the lot in the back of the apartment can be used with a parking pass.
it is located very close to the campus of northern illinois university with several bus stops close by. maintenance gets back to requests in the same day or the next which has been wonderful. rent can be paid online.
i am looking for a sublet asap. the sublet process will be through townsend management.
