i currently live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom town home and am looking for someone to move in at the end of august because my current roommate is moving to australia. the rent rates are suuuper cheap because my current roommate was still on rates from 3 years ago, only $310 when some of our neighbors are paying almost $100 more for the same apartment, so it's a great apartment for the price. the apartment has dishwasher, garbage disposal, patio, lots of yards space and trees on the property, a pool, tiny fitness area, washer and dryer in unit and laundry facility. amazing friendly and helpful staff at the property. the location is off alex bell in centerville, close to kettering and dayton, close to the highway, the dayton mall, less than ten minutes to downtown, as well as close to 675.

as far as roommate preferences go, i don't mind if you smoke, as long as it stays outside as i don't smoke. pets are okay, i currently have one friendly cat who gets along with dogs and cats. i'm a 28 year old female grad student and work fulltime at stivers. i'm busy with school and work, so i don't party, have a pretty calm lifestyle, but do have the occasional night out or wine evening at home:) i like to keep my space neat and tidy, but am not a neat freak. i'm a really laid back happy person and would love my future roommate to be a positive awesome person too :) living space is partially furnished and decorated, but am open to whatever additions you would like to bring to make it feel like home, bedroom is unfurnished.
