my mother and i are looking for a positive, motivated, and drama-free woman roommate. we have a fully furnished large master bedroom with a queen sized very comfortable bed, 2 side tables with drawers, tv with at&t on demand cable, hanging closet and also very large closet used for storage in your bathroom. there is a beautiful private bathroom with a stand up glass shower and his/her sinks. the kitchen has a large granite top island with tons of cabinet space. there is also a washer and dryer in the apartment with a balcony to top it off. the amenities in our complex are wonderful and are included in the rent. there are 2 resort style pools, fitness center, cyber lounge, coffee lounge, spa/ tanning bed, fire beach pit, dog park, valet garbage pick up, and its also a gated community. this apartment would be perfect for a college student or professional. *** important *** must love 2 little dogs (their under 15 pounds) and wont bother you!
