my boyfriend , 28, and i ,21, are looking for a roommate to move into our spare bedroom. it is already furnished with a bed and a dresser. you would have the bedroom and your own bathroom. it would be $110 a week. we would like first week up front. this includes rent water and electric. you would also have access to our kitchen and living room. we are looking for someone responsible and clean. not like neat freak clean or anything, just someone who isn't afraid to wash their own dishes or change a trash bag. i do have 2 inside small dogs and an outside dog and cat. i also have a 3 week old kitten inside that i am currently nursing back to health.we aren't very hard to get along with at all. we are quiet, laid back and easy going. we like music, movies, and just to sit around and talk. he likes computer games and i love to read. we pretty much keep ourselves entertained.
we both smoke in the house. and we are occasional drinkers. we will not tolerate drugs.
this is our home. it's not much but we love this place.
reliable income is a must. must be willing to sign an agreement.
