my boyfriend and i have a 4 bedroom two story home in the summit neighborhood. we have one room for rent upstairs with your own bathroom. the house is fully furnished, big open kitchen and a fireplace in the living room. all utilities are included in the rent. i'm 24 and a waitress he's 27 and a drill sargeant in the army so we like to keep are nights early. but when we do have time we love to watch football and hang out and drink. we're both really laid back but a lot of fun and friendly. we have two friendly dogs but really there's not room for any more. haha. he has two kids that occasionally come over and stay for the weekend. but not very often due to his busy schedule.
