no kids, rent starts at 800-$900/mo depending on if single or couple,deposit, lease option, pets, etc... updated 3 level th in awesome, quiet, but very convenient nw columbia location. parking is never a problem and is right in front of house. berber carpeted stairs lead to your private bdrm/living space (est.15x20) with new wood floor, a private full tiled bathroom, laundry rm in between. the entire main floor is the common area with single parent who has shared custody of a well behaved school aged child, who is gone most weekends. the living room has carpet and is furnished. the kitchen is fully stocked with updated ss appliances, tiled floor and eat in area. sliding doors lead to large patio slab with bbq grill. for an additional fee pet sitting and/or housekeeping services are available. i am an extremely reasonable, accommodating and responsible roommate who always has successful living arrangements. you can do a hot mail to grips182. the home environment is calm and happy. preference is a clean, considerate extremely mature male housemate, but wili consider anyone if its a good fit. i am still friends with the previous roommates, who were middle-aged adults going through divorces.thank you!
