hi there! we're a married couple, ages 27 and 29, living in murraywood (irmo area.) we have a 2200 sq ft home. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, split floor plan. large front deck, and large rear deck. fenced in backyard, that is private, lots of shade, but still able to tan on the deck. when you enter the home, the 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the right are what we rent out, separated by a large living room with fireplace, sitting room, kitchen, dining and laundry. we have a 7 year old who goes to his father's on most weekends. we do like to have friends over, while he's gone.. we cookout and have get togethers, also. we have 2 dogs who are both females. they occupy each other and are very loving once they get to know you. you may use the washer and dryer, kitchen, living room and backyard, when not in use otherwise. i don't mean to sound rude, but if we're watching a usc football game on television, don't come in the living room and turn music on. things like that. you are more than welcome to hang out with us. we're actually pretty cool people! a bit of background on us: i'm michelle, i'm a special effects makeup artist, and i work for a haunted house. my husband is jonathan,and he works for amazon. my son is 7, going on 17. he is very smart and social, and he behaves himself fairly well. our home is not always immaculately spotless. we are human. one of our humans is 7. it can get a bit crazy, but we try to keep it contained. please feel free to email me any questions. i'm not sure if i have done a good job conveying everything, so it may sound a bit confusing!
