hi there. my name is amanda. i own a house and currently looking for 1-2 female roommates. must be okay with cats and dogs. as for, i have two of each. i have two spare bedrooms in my basement, with its own bathroom. washer and dryer. shared kitchen. would strongly recommend a mini fridge, as too much clashing in my small fridge upstairs. utilities are included as well as internet. rent will be cheaper for no cable. trash pick up as well. i want someone who is neat and clean. always picks up after themselves, does their own dishes, etc. my house has an alarm system on it as well. and you would have a patio to enjoy yourself. please email with any questions.
