hi!
i'm looking to find a female to rent a room in my apartment. it's in the quiet cottonwood terrace complex, so its location is ideal. it has lots of big trees and squirrels around! rent would be $450/month, with me paying for the utilities, wireless internet, and netflix.
the room is unfurnished and would be available as soon as you want to move in. the applicant would have to be a non-smoker with no pets, and preferably over the age of 25. the applicant would have a room with a big window and share a jack and jill bathroom (no worries, i'm clean:-).
i work full time and have several side jobs, so i'm only home a few hours each weeknight, as well as in and out on the weekends. i would like to find a quiet, tidy, considerate, low drama professional, like myself, if possible.
