the place:*clifton park. great location. very short drive to grocery stores, library, bank, etc. right off of rt. 9. and exit 8a.
*rent is $450 and we would split utilities (it probably wouldnt be more then $100 a month for water, heat, gas, electric- this past month your share would have been around $70, but it can vary and would probably go down in the spring/summer). internet & high speed cable is included!!!
*the house is pretty much fully furnished. all you would really need is stuff for your bedroom.
*townhouse apartment 1.5 bath, 2 bed, kitchen, living/dining room and a back patio and lawn area.
*dishwasher and washer/dryer in apartment for your use.
*parking right in front of house.
*ideally move in would be feb 1st. oh, also this would only be until sep 30 when the lease is up.

*should like dogs because i have one. and unfortunately there are no other animals allowed (per landlord) except caged animals-birds, fish, hamsters, etc..
*are neat (ish), student or professional
*non-smoker (outside is fine).
*responsible and respectful of others.
me:
*26 yo female.
*i am currently working part time in retail. i work early mornings m-f @6, so i tend to go to bed kind of early on weeknights. however, dont mind if you're a nigth owl-i use to be, haha- just as long as you're not super loud.
*non-smoker and dont do drugs (would prefer if you didn't either-but we can discuss).
*have a dog who is very friendly and lowkey.
*im very laid back, dont get stressed out often.
