currently three (strait) male caucasian occupants ranging between 23 & 35 are sharing a house and in search to rent out last room (race and preference is stated to aid potential roommate's preferences in living conditions). it's a public kitchen, living room and bathroom. no tub in bathroom just shower. just gas and electric is split 4 ways so it's very cheap. everyone is cool and respects one another; you don't have to worry about a thing here. living room is hooked up with a nice tv n surround. we have a nice size back yard (small parties do happen once in a while:) no problem coming in late.. or early for that matter. not a bad place to live! write back if you're interested or have any questions.
