we are a young couple trying to rent out our apartment's spare room. we just had a roommate move out due to entering a university. we are located on 4th and c right in front of the chula vista adult school. the apartment is in a great location right next to the 5 and 805. also we are asking for a $300 deposit to cover any possible damages. as a warning, we have 2 cats so beware if you are allergic. although the room is not the master it is still pretty large for an apartment. we never use the main bathroom so it would be all yours. the room has a full closet. there is a washer but no dryer but there is a laundry facility in the apartments. if interested please contact me via text at
