i rent a fantastic huge 3 bedroom apartment in edgewater and my long-time roommate is moving out. the master bedroom will be vacant and i need a new roommate to fill it. i have the 2 other small rooms for my bedroom and office. the move-in date is flexible: any time between now and april 1st.the apartment:
amazing vintage 3-flat! common areas are furnished with retro/kitchy d�cor. 3 bedrooms, sunroom attached to the living room, dining room with a built-in hutch, large kitchen with pantry, porch, backyard. coin washer and dryer in building, and storage. easy parking! blocks from the red line and the clark, damen busses, and a 10 minute walk to lake michigan. the back porch has a hammock and we also have a firepit in the backyard. the room for rent has 2 large windows and is freshly painted. the picture shows furniture however the room is not furnished.

you are a quiet, respectful, mature, busy, and over the age of 27. perhaps you are a grad or ph.d student or have a 9-5 so when i’m working from home, we won’t invade each other’s space. you are a non-smoker, drug-free, queer-friendly, and you are not a couch potato. you know how to clean up after yourself and keep the common areas clutter-free. you are easy-going, friendly, and drama-free. you love cats.
