spacious room for rent in a two bedroom apartment in a vibrant north chicago neighborhood (905 west fletcher). the room comes furnished with a bed and desk and other small furnishings. the apartment is just around the corner from the vic theater. there are also two other major performance theaters in the neighborhood, along with many cool bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. the belmont train stop is a 3 min walk from the apartment. the unit has a washer and dryer as well. there's also a storage room for bikes connected to the room where the washer and dryer are kept.the kitchen and living room are very large and get a lot of sun. the kitchen is furnished with a toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pots, dishes, eating utensils, and other cookware.a little about myself. i am 31 and work at a fine dining establishment in downtown chicago. before moving to chicago, i lived abroad for many years in korea, colombia, and saudi arabia respectively. some of my passions include: reading, writing, travel, and good convos. i am looking for a friendly, drama-free roommate, who is clean and pays their bills on time. a good fit for me and this apartment is someone who is professional and responsible, while also being sociable. if that sounds like the kind of environment you want to live in, please feel free to email or call me, and i'll be happy to show you the room.
