looking for a great roommate! we live in an awesomel two story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in downtown chattanooga, a block and a half away from utc campus and a minute from erlanger hospital. the house has a newly landscaped fenced back yard and a bbq area, and the common rooms are nicely furnished and already has washer/dryer. currently, we are two college guys (21 and 23) living here, and unlike the stereotype, we like to keep it clean. there are two choices of rooms, one is an upstairs room with a big patio for $460/month, and the other is a big downstairs master room with its own bath and jetted tub and a view of the back yard for $525/ month. rent includes internet and cable, and utilities usually run about 45-50 bucks a person. we do not mind if you are in school or not,and you'll be able to live your life like you choose, but we'd prefer someone who doesn't do drugs. we are pretty goal oriented and entrepreneurial, and have an awesome time living where we do! i have photos of the home and will be glad to email them to you on request!! the room will be available in mid august. :)
