i have a room for rent furnished with bed & tv.all utilities included.washer & dryer will be alvailable to as well as the kitchen.central ac,heat/hot water & private parking.you will also have a key to your room & the house.i do have a dog who only comes out to relieve himself.i work full time & hardly ever go out.420 friendly only.must be clean & responsible.15 bus route is across the street & the 232 bus route is 2min.walk around the corner.walking distance to grocery store & laundromat (if u choose) & social service. am very quiet & private,dont have company & respectful to others private space so i need the same in return.$500 covers your rent & half of all utilities.no deposit needed.the date you move in will be the date u pay your rent monthly.i do put food on the grill in the summer but no big cookouts,just for those who live in the house.i would like to have this room occupied by 12/07/2015.if interested email me & i will respond accordingly.first come,first served basis.
