hi! i am currently looking for a roommate, and have a room available for $300 a month which includes utilities. three people live in the house right now, one female (me) and two males (my boyfriend and his friend.) we live in a 3 bedroom house that's a little on the small side which is why we are only asking for $300, with no deposit fee. you would have a private room with a closet, but would have to share a bathroom with one other person. we are all pretty laid back and quiet, we mostly play video games and take our dog out to the park when we can. we are looking for someone who is also laid back, and drug-free who will not have parties at the house. (smoking is permitted outside) we would prefer someone without pets, however we are willing to accept a cat or smaller (there is no room for a second dog, sorry!) please get back to me if you are interested, and feel free to ask me any questions you may have, i am more than happy to answer them for you. i look forward to hearing from you!
