we have a 5 bedroom 2 bath house and are renting out 4 of the bedrooms. there are two smaller but decent size rooms and two larger rooms (one which used to be the garage) the smaller rooms we would charge $500 for rent and the larger ones $550.this would include: water, garbage, sewer, electricity, cable, and wifi.
furnishing such as a bed, nightstand and lamp are optional.
we are looking for tenants anywhere from 18 to 29. this would be an ideal place for respectful college students. but we will accept any right candidate.
we ask for no smoking no partying and no cats or dogs.
