i'm looking for a female roommate to move in with me as soon as possible.i'm 20 years old women and in college so i am pretty sociable and i'm looking for a female roommate whose sociable also. my house is a very nice cost 160,000. 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. everything is completely furnished including the room you would be living in. the room that is up for rent has a flat screen tv already in it, a queen size bed with the matching dresser drawers and matching night stand. the bathroom you would use is also completely furnished. i have one small dog but i have a doggy door so if you have any pets you wouldn't have to worry about taking them outside. i'm pet friendly also. my house has a nice back yard also and a place to park. i also have a security system and survalence cameras that i can hook up to your phone and you can watch the house while your not there. i also have a fireplace. its in a nice neighborhood where everyone is elderly and retired. i'm asking $400 a month which includes rent, bills such as electricity, water, security system, cable in all bedrooms, and internet.
