my roommate and i are looking for a person to share a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house with us. the house has just been renovated: brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and carpet. central air/heat, washing machine/dryer. your room is furnished with a queen size bed and dresser, your rent includes, high-speed internet, cable, and utilities. you have full access to everything in the house. there is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is very quiet. house is located minutes away from 95 and 895..are you a student? great! the house is only 10 minutes away from morgan state u, 15 away from loyola and 25 minutes away from towson u and we are right next to 3 bus lines. we have one cat on the property, no other animals will be allowed, no couples and no kids.

both my roommate and i are working young, female adults. i am also a grad student. we have no gender preference, however we would prefer someone between the ages of 21 and 39 with no criminal background (<- a must). the room is available immediately, so if you want to live in a clean, friendly environment, please email me asap!
