rent a private 10x10 foot purple room with a large, cheery window. a sitting garden is outside of the window. there is a 2.5x3 foot closet. the room is furnished with a "shabby chic" style full sized bed, a cabinet, and a dresser. he bathroom is shared.you will have access to the common areas of this 1100 square foot home: bathroom, great room, kitchen, and dance studio/workout room. the home has an roofed patio with a hot tub and patio furniture, a washer/dryer, several kitchen gadgets you may use, a grill, and has ample streetside parking. utilities, wifi service and home security system service are included.
the house is situated within an oak grove on a cul-de-sac in quiet azle; there is lake access nearby. the back of the property is occupied by privately owned woods, so there is a feeling of peace and tranquility. the interior has recently been painted, and the exterior is being painted now. i have pop up canopies and lawn furniture that can be set up for your relaxation or for entertaining.
i have three dogs; i am unable to accommodate more pets.
some items to be aware of that are included in the agreement:
* no smoking.
* drug use or possession is forbidden.
* occasional guests are welcome, but there are specifications with respect to notification.
* reasonable quiet hours to accommodate work schedules.
* the size of the room is appropriate for one person - couples and families will not fit.
* you must provide your own full sized bedding, laundry supplies, bathroom supplies and food.
the ideal candidate is: respectful, clean, self-directed, positive, interested in different cultures, creative, and kind. you should have solid communication skills, and are responsible for doing your part in maintaining a harmonious environment. i do not have a preference as to age, ethnicity, religion, or political view. you should expect to do most of your socializing out, so as not to disturb the rest and recharge of your roommate(s).
