this is an awesome bedroom available for rent in a quiet neighborhood. we're located in a snug little part of east austin that's really quiet. it's about a 7-8 minute drive to ut austin, and around the same to downtown. it has a private bathroom, a full-sized bed, a recliner chair, a desk, and a desk chair. there are two young professional males living in the house, but they mostly do their own thing, so expect plenty of privacy. this room is available now!the place is clean and quiet, and we have some reasonably nice stuff you can use if you're not crazy. we have a fully equipped kitchen with cookery, a nice backyard with wicker furniture, a firepit, a bbq grill, and washer/dryer. if you're looking for a party pad this is probably not your jam, but if you're a chill and sane individual, then you'll be right at home.
