my fiance and i are renting out a private bedroom and and private bathroom in our spacious 2bedroom 2bathroom apartment. my fiance works for an insurance company and is gone most of the day. i am home for now but will be attending school to be a medical assistant very soon. we are looking to rent to someone who is responsible quite and working hard to further themselves in life. we need a roommate who cleans up after themselves and who is 420 friendly no cigarettes are aloud in my home. rent total is $675 month utilities and water included. i need some in here as soon as feb. 1. if you feel like its a good fit hmu asap for a showing i'm available all day.
