i'm a 42 years old black female i have 1 son that is 19 i work and he goes to college full time we are pretty laid back no issues i keep a clean house i have a 4 bed room 2 1/2 bath and i only ask that you keep your area clean the rent includes all utilities and you have access to wi-fi, you can cook your own food and there is a washer and dryer. you can park in front of the house on the street i would rather you don't have company unless its your family i love to have a good time so you may not see or hear from me or my son for days i don't get into anyone's business you can come and go as you please. i want a 6month lease 1st month rent with a 200.00 security deposit. rent do by the 5th of every month on the 6th if you haven't talk to me i will have you removed i like to be up front and i can work with anyone but keep in mind i have to pay my bills as well you can call me and we can meet you can look at the home and i do background checks depending on what it is doesn't automatically disqualify you my name is kimberly everyone calls me kim my number 773-543-7949
