i am currently renting a beautiful house in northwest albuquerque and i’m looking for a responsible, respectful, easy going and clean roommate to share the house with. rent would be around $500 as well as split utilities and internet. i am willing to negotiate and accommodations can be made.the upstairs would primarily be yours providing lots of privacy. this includes one or two good sized rooms both with walk in closets, a full private bathroom, a rooftop patio and a garage space.
the house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, has a very large backyard (.22 acre lot), separate laundry room, all great condition appliances, extra fridge, great floor plan with a ton of space (1800 sq feet), great carpet, custom paint, a security system…. anyways this house is a must see. i don’t have much furniture yet, so if you do there is plenty of space.
i am a 25 year old male college grad that just recently moved from colorado for work. i am quiet, respectful, clean, easy going, and open minded. i’ve lived with roommates for a good portion of my life so i’m well versed in roommate etiquette and manners. i believe that open and straight forward communication is the best way to resolve most conflicts. i have a 2 year old well trained and active border collie. my work requires a lot of travel so you will have the house to yourself fairly often.
i would like a roommate that is respectful, clean, responsible, and easy going as well. someone that can pay their bills on time is a must. dog friendly is also a must. i would like a roommate that is willing to help take care of my dog when i’m at work or when i have to travel. if you have a well behaved dog even better.
