it is a clean, large 1 bedroom apt, you pay electric. landlord will pay water. a large kitchen with all basic cooking machines. one bath room, one bedroom.
my roommate and i have some furniture to give out, if you want, we can leave them their for you.
you can live here yourself or with one of your friends, there is enough space for two persons.
