i have a finished basement for rent with a half bath, fully carpeted, and access to laundry room and free wifi. you will have a private entrance. but will have to share the bathroom on the second of the townhouse.
the basement is fully carpeted with a half bath and a big closet. i have a air mattress or you are welcome to bring your own furniture you can fit a small couch, a twin/full size bed, and a small computer desk. convenient, comfortable, quiet, clean 2 minutes away from highway. down the street from abingdon constant blvd shopping center. nice neighborhood, quiet and safe. parking is off street.
train 5mins away in edgewood takes you to penn station, lite rail, airport, and buses/all transportation, $1 bus takes you to belair, easy access to all downtown municipal and state offices, aberdeen proving ground, bel air
the home is located near a target, walmart, wegmans, a few fast food establishments, and is right off exit 77 on i-95 and 24 and 924 are both easily accessible
no pets, no smoking inside the house (only outside), must be clean, must clean bathroom after yourself everyday.
