this is a nice apartment in a good neighborhood, close to busline and everything. all bills paid for $200 month, good deal if you want low bills or to save money. you must be decent, no criminal background, no addictions, no pets and you must be female. you must come to see the place in person and meet both roommates. i will not email you on another email address nor take out of the country checks; i also won't give you my bank account information to send payments. please call me via phone number listed and i'll call back if i don't answer. don't request me to email you - just call! if you move in during october, november rent will be pro-rated.i am within 5 minutes of both colleges. best thing is to just call and come see it.
