i’m renting a sunny room with a large built-in closet and its own bathroom in my house (2 beds/ 2 baths) for $650 + utilities (bills are split 50/50).it is located in a quiet neighborhood in tatnuck square in walking distance to worcester state university (bus line 6). 15 min driving distance to i190/ i290 and mass pike (i90). different supermarkets within 7-15 min. from the house.
- 1 bed/1 bath on second floor with large built-in closet and own bathroom (155 + 32 sq. feet, 187 sq. ft. total)
- shared kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher)
- shared dining and living room area with wood fireplace
- basement with additional storage space and big washer/ dryer
- sunny fenced in yard with patio, shed and charcoal grill
- off street parking
- no smoking in the house
- available now, minimum stay 6 months
- security deposit: 1.5 months’ rent
you would be sharing the house with me and my two well behaved chocolate labs. i’m responsible, social, clean (but not obnoxious) and respectful. i work in waltham and have a regular schedule which does not do well with a lot of ruckus during the week.
