we are seeking a quite 50+ to rent our small cozy room with a private half-bath on first floor and full shared bath on second floor on a month-to month basis to see how it goes and if all is well, it can be long term. it is an open concept to the family room with a fire place and to the kitchen. utilities included. some meals can also be included if you are somewhat disabled. must have proof of sufficient income. car is a must as well as creditable references. five to ten minutes away from food and shopping. 35 minutes to rhinebeck, and 45 minutes to poughkeepsie, fishkill, albany and newburgh. if you like nature, you’ll love this space. we have one adorable well-trained watchdog. he only barks when he hear or see something. be willing to sign a written agreement for issues that needs to be clarified in writing. we do credit and background checking. p.s. if you like snow, we get a lot of it!
