private master room available with walk-in closet with monthly rent being $440 a month. all utilities are included except electric, gas, and high-speed internet which will be extra. electric and gas are usually pretty cheap. the internet is 49.99 a month, which we can split if you want access to internet. the apartment is on the third floor, and has plenty of parking in the front of the building. roommate will have full access to the apartment e.g kitchen, living room, which will be fully furnished. the room available will not be furnished. apartment is in a good and quiet location that is very close to many stores/ businesses. more photos on requestyou will be able to move in on september 30th, but need to come in by or before september 1st to fill out paperwork/application. first month rent will be due on the date of the move in.
