im looking for two male or female roomates to share a luxury home near 355 and 63rd street. the house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located less than a half mile from the highway and great shopping. the home is lightly furnished, but some additional furnishings might be welcomed. the home has new appliances and was recently rehabbed.

whom am i seeking? professionals or grad students who are responsible, clean people, with good credit. i have great references, including previous roomies. the rent would adjust depending on the number of roommates we share with. im looking for one solid roommate to start. i would then encourage this person to help me screen a third addition we could both be happy with. i am just moving in december 1st, but i would welcome a jan 1 move in.
